Orders are shipped next working day, wherever possible, providing they are in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you of possible delivery date, or alternative product. We are a VAT registered business and all applicable items will include VAT in the prices quoted.
If we cannot dispatch as per above, due to shut down, attending a show or have family commitments, you will be notified of this at the time of purchase in the shopping basket, and in your confirmation email, should you continue with your order.
An order is only accepted when the goods are dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Delivery/Postage & Packing
Delivery charges are a flat rate of £1.49 on items deemed to be large letter size and £2.49 on larger items orders up to £30.00 and Free over £30.00
Please Note: Due to the added cost of posting individual sheets of paper, we will only accept orders with a minimum of 5 sheets (this can be any 5 from any company)
Your right to cancel:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition. To cancel this contract, please pack the relevant item securely, and send it to us at: SJA Limited, Unit 1c Newbridge Works, Coldwell Street, Wirksworth, Derbyshire. DE4 4FB so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you, you must enclose or email a letter confirming your wish to cancel the contract. For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
As a customer, we will only ever use your email address to send you an infrequent (twice yearly, and thats if your lucky, we dont seem to get the time to do one....) artist trading post bulletin, which you have the right to unsubscribe from at any time. We will NEVER sell your details or use them for any other purpose.

If you pay via paypal or sagepay the only information we get is your order details and your name and postal address, and any information you put in the extra information section, we DO NOT get your credit card information, the only time we will have access to your card information is if you telephone the order through to us.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie' which would be stored on your browser.
